Description Sources Eligibility Specify who is eligible to enter ( NZ residents, of age & registered to vote for BASS. & are a registered & paid up member of BASS NZ Political. ) and any ineligible parties (e.g., employees, families).

( Open Time Frame for each 100 Members Signed up & UNTIL ANOTHER 100 MEMBERS SIGN UP TO BASS. )
How to Enter :
Outline the exact steps required to enter the giveaway
( All you need to do is sign up as a member of BASS & make your Contribution payment of $5 to enter the draw,

Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified. ( You must be a member & have made your Contribution payment of $5 NZD to the BAS Party Bank Account provided in the signup process on the signup page. )
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Prize Details Provide an accurate description of the prize(s) and their value. Gifts and prizes must not mislead people into thinking that what they stand to gain or win, or their chance of winning, is better than it actually is. Prohibited prizes, such as firearms, alcohol, and tobacco products, are not permitted. Prizes are typically non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
State if winners are responsible for any associated costs ( there is no cost to you for the card giveaway & it will be sent to you free of chard. ).
The promoter may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.
Delivery restrictions should be stated.
Winner Selection Specify the method for selecting the winner ( random draw, judging panel ).
The promoter's decision is usually final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Notification Detail how the winner will be contacted and what happens if the prize is unclaimed.
( All winners will be contacted either directly via phone or via email. )
Privacy Advise participants that any personal information provided will be collected, held, and used in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy. Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information at anytime on a working day and hours from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday only.

The promoter often reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify entrants, and cancel or amend the giveaway in certain circumstances like if you have not completed your membership details correctly & have not made your contribution payment. )
